California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. For more information, read Silvur’s CCPA Privacy Policy.
Under the CCPA, you have the right to:
- Request to know about the personal information Silvur collects from you and how it is used or shared
- Receive a portable copy of collected personal information
- Request the deletion of personal information (subject to certain exceptions)
- Request the correction of inaccurate personal information (subject to certain exceptions)
- Not be discriminated against because of choices regarding personal information
- Have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf
To make a CCPA request, please send an email to support@silvur.com with the subject “CCPA Request” and include the following information:
- Type of request (access, delete, or opt-out)
- Full name
- Email used to create your account
- Contact information
We will send you an email to confirm your identity before processing the CCPA request.

Your Rights
You have the following rights to restrict the sharing of personal and financial information with outside companies that we do business with. Nothing in this form prohibits the sharing of information necessary for us to follow the law, as permitted by law, or to give you the best service on your account with us. This includes sending you information about some other products and services.
Your Choice
You may make your privacy opt-out choice at any time. However, if we do not hear from you, we may share some of your information with companies with whom we have a contract with to provide financial products and services.
